The recovery comprises separating and isolating useful organic solvents based on differences in properties of individual components of waste material.<\/p>\n<p>Basic recovery operations at Premifab include evaporating and condensing the desired chemical compound from waste by using state-of-the-art distillation plants, which are electronically operated and meet all the desired physicochemical and safety requirements. Distillation means separating the target pure volatile part (useful solvent) from the non-volatile part of the waste (sludge, paint, water, and other impurities).<\/p>\n<p>By means of an integrated vacuum pump, the waste is transferred from closed IBC tanks to the closed tank of a machine in which evaporation takes place during a continuous 24-hour process. Then the evaporated purified solvent gets condensed and, at the end of the continuous distillation process, unwanted distillation residues (sludge, water, etc.) are removed.
